Mindful Mediation Flow

A meditation-forward experience blending gentle movement, breathwork, and guided stillness. Designed to calm the mind, reduce stress, and restore inner balance.

A calming practice that blends yoga movement with breath awareness and present-moment focus. Designed for all levels, this class helps reduce stress, improve flexibility, and create a deeper sense of balance and well-being.

Mindfullness Yoga

A gentle, breath-centered flow. All levels, especially those looking to ease into movement. Improves flexibility, reduces tension, and enhances mental clarity.

Vinyassa Yoga

Mediation & Breathwork

Stillness and guided breathing techniques. Anyone seeking mental clarity and stress reduction.Lowers anxiety, improves focus, and supports emotional balance.


Pilates & Barre

A low-impact, full-body workout combining core-focused Pilates with ballet-inspired barre movements. This class uses controlled, high-repetition exercises to strengthen, tone, improve posture, and enhance balance and flexibility while building long, lean muscle.

Pilates Mat

Core-focused strengthening and controlled movement. For those looking to build strength and improve posture. Strengthens core, supports spine health, and tones muscles.

Barre

Low-impact, high-intensity ballet inspired sculpting class, for anyone wanting a strength-focused, toning workout. Builds endurance, tones muscles, and improves balance.


Youth & Family Classes

A welcoming space designed for children, teens, and families to move, connect, and practice mindfulness together. These classes combine age-appropriate movement, breathwork, and fun, engaging activities to build strength, focus, and confidence while encouraging healthy habits and meaningful connection.

Mommy & Me Pilates

1 hour

A bonding gentle pilates class for mothers and young children (Moms with babies or toddlers). Rebuilds strength postpartum, encourages bonding, and supports gentle recovery. Must be a minimum of 4 months postpartum. 

Kids Yoga

1 hour

Playful, creative movement and mindfulness, for children of ages 6 to 12 years old. Improves focus, coordination, and emotional regulation.

Kids Summer Yoga

3 hour

A fun, engaging summer experience designed to introduce children to yoga through movement, mindfulness, and creativity. Each session blends playful poses, breathing exercises, and interactive activities to build strength, flexibility, and focus.

This program helps children develop confidence, emotional awareness, and healthy habits while providing a safe and supportive space to move, relax, and connect with others. Perfect for keeping kids active, centered, and inspired all summer long.

Teen Flex & Flow

A dynamic class designed just for teens, blending yoga and Pilates to build strength, flexibility, and confidence. Through guided movement, core work, and mindful breathing, teens develop body awareness while learning healthy ways to manage stress.

This class creates a supportive space to move, reset, and recharge—helping teens improve focus, balance, and overall well-being both on and off the mat.

Family Session

A shared wellness experience. Parents and children practicing together. Strengthens family connection, encourages healthy habits, and creates shared calm
