1. Health & Participation / Assumption of Risk
Yoga You is a non-striving wellness center focused on mindful movement, balance, and personal well-being. All classes are designed to support participants at varying levels; however, physical activity carries inherent risks.
By participating in any class, program, or service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are voluntarily engaging in physical activity at your own risk.
- You assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, or condition that may occur during or after participation.
- You understand that instructors provide general guidance and are not providing medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- You agree to listen to your body, modify movements as needed, and stop immediately if you experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, or distress.
You further acknowledge that:
- Yoga You, its owners, instructors, staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained as a result of participation.
- You release, waive, and hold harmless Yoga You from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of your participation in classes or use of the facility.
If you are pregnant, postnatal, recovering from injury, or have any medical condition, you must obtain clearance from a qualified healthcare provider prior to participation.
2. Minors in Classes
- Minors must have a signed waiver from a parent or legal guardian prior to participating.
- Children must be enrolled in age-appropriate classes (Kids Program, Teen Flex & Flow, or designated family classes).
- Parents/guardians are responsible for drop-off and pick-up.
- Yoga You is not responsible for minors outside of scheduled class times.
3. Hygiene & Studio Etiquette
- Proper hygiene is required at all times.
- Clean workout attire must be worn.
- Grip socks must be worn for Pilates, Barre, and any applicable classes.
- Participants must bring a towel and wipe down equipment after use.
- Shoes are not permitted in designated studio areas unless specified.
- Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat; a limited number will be available to borrow.
- Please arrive on time; late entry may be restricted to avoid disruption.
4. Postnatal Class Guidelines
- Participants are encouraged to bring a towel or blanket for comfort and support.
- Medical clearance from a healthcare provider is required prior to participation.
5. Bookings & Attendance
- Pre-registration is recommended to secure a spot.
- Class capacity is limited; walk-ins are not guaranteed entry.
- No-shows or late arrivals may result in loss of class access for that session.
6. No Refund Policy
All sales are final.
- No refunds will be issued for missed classes, unused packages, or memberships.
- No refunds or credits will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
- Exceptions, if any, are at the sole discretion of management.
7. Cancellations & Changes
Yoga You reserves the right to:
- Cancel or reschedule classes
- Substitute instructors
- Modify class formats or schedules
Notice will be provided when possible.
8. Personal Belongings
Yoga You is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please secure your belongings.
9. Conduct
Respectful and courteous behavior is expected at all times.
Yoga You reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant who is disruptive, disrespectful, or fails to follow studio policies.
10. Agreement & Acknowledgment
By attending classes, participating in programs, or using the Yoga You facility, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver.
